1.【Handling of Personal Information】

A.〔Purpose of Use〕

We will acquire personal information by fair and appropriate means and use it within the scope indicated in [Table 1] "Purposes of Use.
［Personal information of types other than those indicated in [Table 1] "Types of Personal Information" will be used after individually notifying or publicly announcing the purpose of use, or after obtaining the prior consent of the individual concerned.

B.〔Outsourcing Management〕

As shown in Table 1 and Table 2, "Outsourcing" and "Details of Outsourced Operations," we outsource some of the operations related to personal information to outside companies. We consider the management of contractors to be of the utmost importance, and when outsourcing operations, we select contractors that are recognized as having a sufficient level of protection for personal information, and clarify the obligations considered necessary through contracts and other means. In addition, we require the contractor to handle personal information appropriately and continuously supervise and audit the contractor as necessary for the safe management of personal information.

C.〔Third party offers〕

In principle, we do not disclose or provide personal information to third parties. When we do disclose or provide such information, we will do so appropriately and in accordance with laws and regulations.

D.〔Shared use〕

We may share personal information with our business partners for the purpose of conducting seminars, etc.In such cases, the Company will clarify the purpose of use, data items, scope of users, and management representative in advance, and notify or publicly announce such information. In addition, we will ensure that the information is managed safely and securely among the joint users.

E.〔Disclosure/Inquiries〕

For requests for disclosure or inquiries regarding the source or method of acquisition of personal information obtained by the Company itself, as shown in [Table 1], please contact the contact person to whom you entrusted your information or the Public Relations Department of the Company's Corporate Communications Bureau.
We will inform you of the application procedures and fees, etc. When responding to your request, we will confirm that you are the person in question or his/her representative. Please note that there is currently no "authorized personal information protection organization" to which the Company belongs.

We will handle anonymized processed information appropriately in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations, as well as the Personal Information Protection Law Guidelines and other guidelines.

02. [Items of Personal Information Contained in Anonymous Processed Information Created by the Company Information about an individual]

At the time of formulation of this Basic Policy, we have never created anonymized processed information. When we create anonymized processed information in the future, we will disclose the items of information about individuals contained in such anonymized processed information, as stipulated by the Rules of the Personal Information Protection Commission.

03. [Security management measures]

When we create anonymized processed information in the future, we will take necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage in accordance with the standards set forth in the Rules of the Personal Information Protection Commission.

04. [Third party to provide]

At the time of formulation of this Basic Policy, we have never provided anonymized processed information to any third party. When we provide anonymized processed information to a third party in the future, we will, in accordance with the Rules of the Personal Information Protection Commission, publicly announce in advance the items of information concerning individuals included in the anonymized processed information to be provided to the third party and the method of providing such information, and clearly indicate to the third party that the information to be provided is anonymized processed information. The third party will be clearly informed that the information is anonymized processed information.

05. [Prohibition of acts of identification]

In handling anonymized processed information, we will not obtain information regarding descriptions, etc. deleted from the personal information, personal identification codes, or processing methods used in the creation of anonymized processed information in order to identify the person whose personal information was used to create the anonymized processed information, nor will we match such anonymized processed information with other information. The Company shall not collate such anonymized processed information with any other information.
